Under the title "Respect and self-evidence: For a non-discriminatory approach to HIV-positive people in working life", the Deutsch Aidshilfe has drafted a declaration by which the signatories make clear both internally and externally: We promote diversity and respect for one another. Our employees enjoy the protection of their company.

The declaration has already been signed by many employers throughout Germany. Of course, the AIDS-Hilfe Karlsruhe is also a part of it.

We would be delighted if many companies in our sphere of activity would join us in working for a non-discriminatory approach to HIV-positive people in working life.
