Bye, Petra...

After more than three decades of dedicated work, we are bidding farewell to our dear colleague Petra Axamit on her well-deserved retirement. For over 30 years, she has been a permanent fixture at AIDS-Hilfe Karlsruhe - with heart, mind and tireless commitment to the people who need our support.

Over the years, Petra has not only impressed us with her professional expertise, but above all with her humanity, empathy and ability to listen. She was an important point of contact for many clients and people seeking advice - reliable, warm-hearted and always at eye level.

Her work has had a lasting impact on AIDS-Hilfe Karlsruhe. Projects, counseling services and countless encounters bear her signature. Petra was not only a colleague, but often also a mentor, supporter and friend.

Over the past 15 years, she has been instrumental in the development and expansion of our checkpoint. With great commitment, sensitivity and perfection, she contributed to the success of this important “project”.

We let Petra go with a smile and a tear in our eyes. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for her decades of service and wish her health, happiness and many fulfilling moments in her new phase of life.
